Volume I: The Institute

The discipline of human-AI partnership.

We teach the habits and judgment that keep people author of their work, with AI as the partner that holds the craft alongside them.

Applied generative AI training for executives, teams, and individual practitioners.

Applying GenAI at Work

The practical curriculum. For professionals who need to use generative AI for real work (writing, research, analysis, planning, producing) without the friction, the hallucinations, or the quiet mediocrity. We teach the five everyday methodologies (delegator, drafter, collaborator, analyst, producer), the habits of good prompting, and the judgment to know which posture fits the task in front of you.

Teams leave able to apply GenAI across their actual workflows, not as an extra tool, but as a new default for how consequential work gets done.

Agentic Engineering

The signature course. Andrej Karpathy named the discipline at Sequoia AI Ascent in 2026. You orchestrate AI coding agents while holding the intent, the taste, and the architectural responsibility. The course starts at Vibe Coding, Karpathy’s accessible floor, and climbs to production-grade Agentic Engineering.

You leave able to ship working software you understand and can maintain, a new competence for operators, designers, analysts, and founders. Taught by Keith Li, who shipped 10+ startup-grade, production-ready, market-launched commercial products solo in 6 months.

Format  Intensive workshop Duration  3 days Audience  Non-engineers & engineers Output  A shipped artifact

Allytic AI as Future Business Principles

The principles course. For leaders who need to reason about AI at the level of strategy, structure, and consequence, not tools and features. We work through the four foundational axioms, the governance duality, the three-layer model, and what "AI-ready" actually means when translated into operating model, roles, and investment.

The program leaves executives with a working vocabulary, a set of heuristics, and an honest view of the decisions that only they can make.

Format  Executive seminar Duration  1–2 days Audience  C-suite, boards, senior leaders Outcome  Strategic clarity

Faculty

Taught by Keith Li

Founder, Allytic AI. Author of the working paper Beyond Agentic: The Architecture of Human–GenAI Partnership.

Keith leads the senior faculty and the executive engagements personally. The Institute curriculum is drawn from the working paper, applied through the Consulting practice, and taught in the rooms.

Who we teach

Corporate cohorts. Public enrollment. Custom curricula.

For corporate teams

On-site or virtual cohorts for functional teams, leadership groups, and whole business units. Curricula tuned to your workflows, stack, and governance posture. Outcomes measured against the work you actually do.

For the public

Open-enrollment cohorts for individuals who want to be competent, honest practitioners. Small classes, real coaching, practical artifacts to leave with.

For specific initiatives

Custom programs built around a named transformation or capability goal, often delivered alongside a Consulting engagement so that training and operating change arrive together.

About Allytic AI training programs.

Who is Allytic AI Institute for?

For executives, teams, and individual practitioners who want to direct AI rather than be directed by it. We serve corporate cohorts in-house, public enrollment for individuals, and bespoke curricula tuned to specific organizational initiatives.

How is Allytic different from MIT, Harvard, or Wharton AI executive programs?

Those programs deliver semester-length conceptual education with university brand weight. Allytic delivers intensive, applied training built around the discipline of human-AI partnership, designed so practitioners can use AI in real work the Monday after.

How long are the programs and what do they cost?

Programs range from 1-day executive seminars (Future Business Principles) to 5-day intensive courses (Applying GenAI at Work). Pricing depends on format (in-house, public enrollment, bespoke curriculum) and audience. Most engagements begin with a conversation about intent.

Can you deliver in-house for a single corporate cohort?

Yes. Most of our work is in-house cohorts tuned to a specific team's workflows, stack, and governance posture. Outcomes are measured against the work the team actually does, not utilization metrics.

What is “Agentic Engineering” and do I need a technical background?

Agentic Engineering is the discipline Andrej Karpathy named at Sequoia AI Ascent 2026. You orchestrate AI coding agents that write the code; you hold the intent, the taste, the architectural judgment, and the accountability for what ships. The course starts at Vibe Coding — Karpathy’s earlier coining for the accessible floor of describe-and-accept — and climbs to Agentic Engineering: production-grade output you can maintain. Most participants do not have a traditional engineering background. By day three, you ship working software you understand.

How is “Applying GenAI at Work” different from a generic prompt-engineering course?

Prompt engineering is a tactic. Applying GenAI at Work is the discipline behind it: the five everyday methodologies (delegator, drafter, collaborator, analyst, producer) and the judgment to know which posture fits the task in front of you.

What does the executive principles seminar cover that a strategy workshop doesn't?

The four foundational axioms, governance duality, three-layer model, and the operating-model implications of being “AI-ready.” It works at the level of strategy, structure, and consequence: the decisions only leaders can make.

How do you measure outcomes?

We measure human-experience outcomes (stress, creativity, energy) and architectural-health indicators (context stewardship, governance calibration, sanctioned-vs-shadow ratio), not utilization vanity metrics like prompts-per-user or licenses-deployed.
