Make AI matter in the work itself.

Most organizations are stuck between experimenting with generative AI and actually operating on it. We close that gap.

Cohort outcome

A cohort that can actually use AI.

Your people stop dabbling with chatbots. They work with models in real deliverables (drafting, analysis, planning, review) alongside a practitioner-led faculty.

Engagement outcome

A coherent AI stack. No more overlapping pilots.

We audit what’s in place, prune what isn’t earning its keep, and hand the leadership team a reference architecture and build-versus-buy plan the CFO can read.

Enterprise outcome

An operating model that holds up under load.

Workflow redesign, governance, and leadership practice so productivity gains compound, rather than stranding on a launchpad of pilots nobody remembers in nine months.

What we do

Two practices. One discipline.

One firm, two offers: fluency for the people inside an organization, and change for the organization itself.

Institute: training

Fluency for the people doing the actual work.

Cohort programs for companies and open enrollment for individuals. Taught by practitioners, not commentators. You leave with the work, not a certificate.

  • Flagship

    Applying GenAI at Work

A two-day professional intensive for knowledge workers (writing, analysis, planning, review) with the habits that make AI a durable partner.

  • Signature

    Agentic Engineering

The discipline Andrej Karpathy named at Sequoia AI Ascent 2026: orchestrate AI coding agents while holding the intent, the taste, and the architectural judgment. Production output, not prototypes that fizzle.

  • Leadership

    AI Governance for Leaders

For senior leaders: governance, ethics, and strategy when decisions are partly delegated to intelligent systems.

Consulting: engagements

Durable change across the organization.

We partner with leadership teams to move the organization itself. Not a demo. Not a deck. Change that ships, across three dimensions that must move together.

  • Talent

People who can work with AI.

Capability frameworks, cohort enablement, internal faculty, and the hiring signals for an AI-literate workforce.

  • Tools

    A coherent AI stack.

Reference architecture, build-versus-buy guidance, agent portfolio design, and disciplined rollout across the enterprise.

  • Transformation

    An operating model that holds.

Workflow redesign, governance, and leadership practice so gains compound year over year.

How we engage
The thesis

Beyond Agentic.

The market is racing to build AI that acts. We build AI that aligns. Our argument (a working paper on human–AI collaboration) sits underneath every cohort and engagement.

The scarcest resource is not capability. It is the coherent integration of AI with human meaning, judgment, and legitimacy.
Who we work with

Leaders who are done with pilots.

We collaborate with leaders who want AI to change the work, not the keynote about the work.

Executive teams

Past the experiment phase: deciding what “AI-ready” actually means for the P&L.

Usually a CEO / COO / CPO partnership engages us, often with a board brief to answer. We work at that altitude and make the rollout coherent at every level.

Function leaders

Heads of people, technology, strategy, or operations, the ones owning the rollout.

We sit alongside your own leads. We don’t parachute in, hand over a deck, and leave. The goal is a practice your team owns after we leave.

L&D & people teams

Scaling AI literacy across the workforce, without the theater of yet another e-learning module.

The Institute runs private cohorts inside your company and public cohorts your people can join. Same curriculum, same faculty, two delivery modes.

About Allytic AI training and consulting.

What is Allytic AI?

Allytic AI is an institute and consulting practice for the AI age. The Institute teaches the discipline of human-AI partnership through cohort training; the Consulting practice builds AI-ready operating models across talent, tools, and the operating model. The two arms share one paradigm and one faculty.

What's the difference between the Institute and the Consulting practice?

The Institute teaches; Consulting builds. The Institute develops practitioners through three programs (Applying GenAI at Work, Agentic Engineering, AI Governance for Leaders). Consulting partners with leadership teams to build the operating model that holds, through diagnostic, design sprint, and embedded engagements. Most enterprise clients use both arms.

Who is Allytic AI for?

Senior leaders deciding how their organization will work with AI; teams that need real fluency in applied generative AI; pioneers who want formal grounding for what they're already doing. Corporate cohorts, public enrollment, and bespoke engagements.

How is Allytic different from other AI training and consulting firms?

Most AI training programs deliver literacy or prompt engineering. Most AI consulting firms deliver capability through pyramids of generalists. Allytic delivers the discipline behind human-AI partnership, drawn from a working paper on the architecture beneath what works, taught and applied by senior practitioners who wrote it.

What is “Beyond Agentic”?

“Beyond Agentic” is the brand thesis: the market is racing to build AI that acts; the harder problem (and the one that decides outcomes) is to build AI that aligns with human judgment, the work, and the organizations staking real weight on the result. The full argument lives in the working paper.

Where can I read the working paper?

The briefing Allytic AI: What Leadership Must Decide is available as a PDF download. The full work, The Architecture of Human-GenAI Partnership, is available to enterprise clients on request.

How do engagements typically begin?

With a conversation about intent: what you want the organization to be able to do, and who it will need to become to do it. Most engagements clarify within a week whether we're the right team for the work.

Where is Allytic based and who do you work with?

Allytic AI Limited works globally with corporate clients, leadership teams, and individual professionals. Programs are delivered on-site at client venues, in our cohort settings, and remotely.
